- The New York Times is adding a paywall to its cooking app/site. Non subscribers will still have access to “a selection of editor-curated recipes, collections, and guides” and the baseline recipe box, a rep tells Eater. Meanwhile, regular Times subscribers and new subs willing to pay a $65/year fee will get access to the full recipe archive and a more customizable recipe box. Sam Sifton has more.
