Today Eater returns to St. Louis, Missouri, to focus on 13 bars and restaurants that have been garnering some serious buzz. Once again, Eater has asked St. Louis Post-Dispatch restaurant critic Ian Froeb for his picks of the hottest openings of the past 12 months.
On the list: A national best new restaurant of the year from Blue Hill at Stone Barns alums (Vicia); the city’s first Saudi Arabian restaurant (the Palm Trees); and not one, but two places offering up over-the-top burger creations (Hi-Pointe Drive-In and Mac’s Local Eats).
